DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a fun and interactive cooking session with our cookery school teacher who will show you just how easy it is to plan\, prepare and present a delicious\, sexy looking\, four course restaurant-standard meal. \nSpend the day preparing some amazing food with like-minded people to enjoy as a communal gastronomic feast. Each student will have their own work station\, equipment and ingredients to work with. These courses are designed to be relaxed\, informative and fun. \nExpect a variety of versatile\, blueprint recipes which you can adapt for seasonal produce including braises\, roasts\, pastry\, desserts and more. \nExact recipes for this event will depend on the availability of produce. \nWHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School \nTIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm \nCOST: £175 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day\, a set three course communal lunch (including vegetarian option) with wine in the Cookery School\, your own apron\, breads and recipes to take home. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable. \nWHAT TO WEAR: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. \nDIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements\, conditions we should know about or any other specific requests.
