Explore a different kind of South East Asian cuisine with a host of mind-blowing Malaysian ingredients that will shake up your weeknight home cooking.\nEXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS:\n+ Traditional Beef Rendang/Ayam Masak Merah (Red Hot Chicken)\n+ Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)\n+ Nasi Goreng (Malaysian Fried Rice)\n+ Rojak (Singaporean Pineapple\, Tofu & Prawn Salad)\nExact recipes for this class will vary by season. \nSuitable for vegetarian and gluten free. Not suitable for vegan. \n\n\nFor home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed\, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. \nSo enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious\, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.!
