Whether it’s enchilada\, quesadillas or empanadas\, there really is a dish for everyone! Like many other cuisines\, the best traditional Mexican food will always be found in the home. Here’s your chance to do the same! \nEXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS:\n+ Esquites Street Corn Salad\n+ Pollo de Tinga (Chicken Tinga)\n+ Queso Flameado (Mexican Flambèed Cheese)\n+ Corn Tortillas\n+ Polvorones (Mexican Wedding Cookies).\nExact recipes for this class will vary by season. \nFor home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed\, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen. \nSo enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious\, seasonal selection of dishes which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors. \nWHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School \nTIMES: 6-9pm \nCOST: £90 per person per evening which includes all your food produce\, and meal to take home and simple refreshments during the class.
