Explore a different kind of South East Asian cuisine with a host of mind-blowing Malaysian ingredients that will shake up your home cooking.\nEXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS:\n+ Traditional Beef Rendang/Ayam Masak Merah (Red Hot Chicken)\n+ Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)\n+ Nasi Goreng (Malaysian Fried Rice)\n+ Rojak (Singaporean Pineapple\, Tofu & Prawn Salad)\nExact recipes for this class will vary by season. \nSuitable for vegetarian and gluten free. Not suitable for vegan. \nOur lively morning cookery sessions give you a taste of your chosen subject under the tutelage of our experienced cookery school teacher.
