Discover the art of filleting fish\, learn how to select the freshest catch and master the secrets to cooking fish and seafood perfectly every time—no more waiting in line at the fishmonger or fish & chip shop! Spend the morning understanding knife skills as you fillet both round and flat fish\, then create a delicious meal to take home and wow your family. This hands-on class is ideal for beginners and seafood lovers alike\, so dive in and make your Good Friday memorable! \nOur lively morning cookery sessions give you a taste of your chosen subject under the tutelage of our experienced cookery school teacher. The sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors. The class has been designed to increase your home cooking skills\, experience and confidence. \nWHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School \nTIMES: 10am-1pm \nCOST: £90 per person per session which includes all your food produce\, simple refreshments during the class and a glass of wine to enjoy with your food.
