Enjoy a full-on day of bread making using byproducts of St Dominic’s Brewery to make some amazingly lovely beery bakes including beer barm sourdough\, rye bread\, red beer spelt bread and hoppy ale soda bread! We follow the ethos of ‘Proper Bread’ using locally-milled stone-ground flours and sourdough starters to produce four or five wonderfully delicious and nutritious loaves.
