Kick off the Christmas season in style at Blackfriars’ first-ever Christmas Market! It’s the perfect way to get into the festive spirit in the heart of Newcastle. Wander through our beautifully decorated Cloister Garden, full with local vendors offering unique gifts.

Stay warm with a glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate, indulge in Blackfriars festive street food and soak up the magical atmosphere in one of the most festive settings in Newcastle.

+ Craft Beer Newcastle: Providing local craft beer and alcohol-free options
+Elvet Cider: Locally made cider
+ Brewery Jewellery: Upcycled beer artwork transformed into jewellery
+ Mr. T’s Utensils: Hand-carved wooden boards
+ Ad Gefrin: Spirits crafted from purest raw materials, including English Single Malt Whisky, Tácnbora Batch 02, and Thirlings Dry Gin
