When we think of Autumn, pumpkin and spices often come to mind. However, another comforting pastry to enjoy this season is the classic French Paris Brest. With caramelised nuts, praline-infused creams and soft, fluffy crème mousseline, this dessert is a true winner to add to your repertoire!
For home cooks who want to explore something new. Our cookery classes are relaxed, informative and fun and are specially designed by our teaching chefs to give you skills and confidence in the kitchen.
So enjoy an alternative night out preparing a delicious, seasonal dessert and pastry treats which you can eat during strategic breaks or simply take home to enjoy in front of the T.V.! All of our weeknight cookery club sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors.
WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School
TIMES: 6-9pm
COST: £75 per person per evening which includes all your food produce, and pastries to take home and simple refreshments during the class. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
WHAT TO BRING: Aprons can be borrowed though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. And bring your enthusiasm!
