With influences from all over the world, a country that didn’t unify until the 19th century is still, today, very diverse and regional in its cuisine. Before France got its, well deserved reputation, as the gastronomic centre of the world; Italy was the place to be. Italian regional food is so much more than pizza and pasta (that’s a different workshop) during this session we will look at regions all over the country and show the differences from the rich, German influenced far north to the hot, poor, North African influenced south stopping off in Tuscany and Lazio on the way. So, come and join us for a real eye-opening Italian gastronomic tour.
