Event Description

Join us at Blackfriars Cookery School for an immersive Italian culinary experience that goes beyond the basics!

Spend the day learning the art of Italian pasta making, from crafting beautifully stuffed ravioli and tortellini to baking a regional Italian bread and dessert, all using authentic Italian ingredients. You’ll make your own pasta dough and explore shaping techniques—from simple to intricate—while enjoying outstanding Italian wine.

This relaxed and informative course also dives into Italy’s diverse and regional cuisine, taking you on a culinary tour and creating dishes from Tuscany to Sicily.

WHERE: Blackfriars Cookery School

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm

COST: £160 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a communal lunch with wine, regional beverage and coffee in the Cookery School, apron and recipes to take home. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.

WHAT TO WEAR: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
