MORNING COOKERY CLUB – GREEK

Event Description

Before the advent of cheap flights and package holidays, the most we knew about Greece was its ancient origins, empire and gods. However, after a few decades of Greek tavernas and sunshine, we’ve all grown to love Baklava, Tzatziki and Kleftiko. Not sure about retsina? We’ll have a good go at making the rest!

EXPECT RECIPES SUCH AS:
+ Traditional Greek Favourites: Seasonal Stifado Stew/Lamb Kleftiko/Chicken or Vegetable Souvlaki, Lemon Roast Potatoes with Honey & Feta
+ Holiday Favourites: Sesame Pitta, Tzatziki, Santorini-Style Tomato Fritters, Horiatiki (Traditional Greek Salad)

Exact recipes for this class will vary by season.

Suitable for vegetarian, vegans and gluten free dietaries.

Our lively morning cookery sessions give you a taste of your chosen subject under the tutelage of our experienced cookery school teacher.
