Discover the rich traditions of Nordic baking in this hands-on workshop, where you’ll create a variety of classic breads and pastries from Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. From cardamom-scented buns to hearty rye breads, learn what makes Scandinavian baking unique and how these recipes are woven into daily life across the Nordic region.
Throughout the day, you’ll master essential artisan baking techniques, gain confidence working with traditional ingredients and enjoy your freshly baked creations with refreshments.

TIMES: 9.30am to 4.30pm
COST: £175 per person which includes refreshments throughout the day, a set three course communal lunch (including vegetarian option) with wine in the Cookery School, your own apron, breads and recipes to take home. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
WHAT TO WEAR: Aprons are provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy.
