The impressive centre piece that is the Beef Wellington can be a challenging dish to master. Getting the lattice pastry perfectly golden and crisp while retaining a pink centre to your mushroom duxelles-encased beef fillet is no easy task. Come along to Blackfriars Cookery School where our cookery school chefs will guide you through how to get this elegant show-stopper right every time.
On the day you’ll make a Beef Wellington for two along with red wine gravy to take home. You’ll then then have the opportunity to sit-down and enjoy a pre-prepared beef Wellington communally with side dishes of Potato Dauphinoise and Buttered kale with pancetta, plus a Chocolate mousse cake with chocolate sauce.

COST: £140 per person per session which includes all your food produce and meal to take home or eat in, simple refreshments during the class and a glass of wine to enjoy with your food. Places are only confirmed once paid in full and are non-refundable or transferable.
WHAT TO BRING: Aprons can be borrowed though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy. And bring your enthusiasm!
