Enjoy an exclusive tour of St Dominic’s Brewery, learning about its rich history and the craft brewing process together with a 3-course set dinner in the restaurant, paired with a flight of our beers and coffee. The brewery is housed in the Chapter House where the friars once gathered. After King Henry VIII expelled the friars in 1536, the space became the meeting room for the Bakers and Brewer’s Guild. Blackfriars has proudly revived this tradition, blending centuries of history with modern craft brewing techniques.
