We’re thrilled to welcome Alex Walker from William Grant & Sons, representing Glenfiddich Distillery, one of the world’s most renowned producers of single malt Scotch whisky. Founded in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Scotland, Glenfiddich remains family-owned and has played a key role in bringing single malt whisky to the global stage.
Enjoy a six-course tasting menu featuring the finest locally sourced fish and seafood, perfectly matched with Glenfiddich’s award-winning whiskies.
