Vouchers are non-transferable, can’t be exchanged for cash, and aren’t valid at our sister restaurants. Please note we can’t accept photocopies, and all visits do need to be booked in advance.
To make sure everything goes smoothly on the day, please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to use a voucher and share the full code with us. We may not be able to accept vouchers that haven’t been mentioned when booking or that have already been redeemed.

Monetary vouchers
Monetary vouchers can be used towards any of our events, experiences, cookery school classes or a meal in the restaurant. To book your gift experience please call 0191 261 5945 and have your voucher number handy. To use your voucher towards a meal in the restaurant simply book a table following this link. Your voucher comes with a unique reference code, just pop this onto your reservation notes when booking and bring it along when you visit us.

Aprons will be provided though please arrive in comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a bit messy and bring your enthusiasm!
Afternoon Tea Vouchers

Afternoon Tea is available on Fridays and Saturdays 2.45pm – 4.00pm, when booked 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to offer gluten-free and vegetarian options with 48 hours’ notice. However, due to the nature of our menu, we’re unable to accommodate other dietaries, allergies or substitutions for afternoon tea.
