St Dominic’s Beer – Gift Set

Brewing ale was a daily craft for the medieval friars of Blackfriars, as essential as baking bread. After the Dissolution, the abandoned friary became a meeting place for the Brewers and Bakers Guild—a fitting continuation of its rich history. Today, we honour this legacy by brewing our own ales alongside baking our daily bread.

Our range includes three handcrafted beers: a Pale Ale, an IPA and a Lager, all inspired by Dominican brewing traditions. Perfect for the craft beer enthusiast, this gift box brings together the flavours of history.
